Ready to start podcasting:
If you use iTunes, just open the iTunes browser on your computer, go to the advanced menu at the top and select "subscribe to podcast" then copy and paste the following address
http://www.blokesworld.com/podcasts/blokesworld_podcasts.xml
Alternatively - open your iTunes browser, go to the podcast section of the iTunes store and type "blokesworld" into the search tab. Then click on the subscribe button next to the Blokesworld icon.
If you don't use iTunes - simply copy and paste the above address into your podcasting software and you should be right to go.
