Blokesworld presents Miss Downunder 2006

Buoyed by the rampant success of the Miss Downunder events held in Melbourne’s vibrant Showgirls Bar 20 club last year, the Blokesworld crew are taking the event nationwide this time around searching for a new beauty to take the crown from reigning champ, Ariel from Victoria . The girls battle for a number of prizes, with last years winner riding away on a new motorcycle.  Expect this year to be even bigger with performers of the highest calibre already registering to compete at venues in each state. The competition aims to highlight the amazing skills of these athletic dancers in a fun atmosphere hosted by the beautiful Miss Blokesworld [Rachel James] along with creators/hosts Ado and Wah. Of special interest to the Blokesworld boys will be the level of poledancing displayed as they look to create the Australian Vertical Bar team for inclusion at the ‘Olympic Games’ at some point in the future. The ‘vertical ‘ bar or pole is part of the format for the  Miss Downunder event as is floor work, costume, sex appeal and even a walk down the runway in a evening dress for a touch of glamour. A Blokesworld film crew will be on hand to record the event with the view to compile a special on the event for future release to tv/dvd. What the judges are really looking for is the ultimate combination of showgirl, poledancer and erotic crowd pleaser in one dynamic package, and of course an appreciative audience to ‘lap’ it up .
